Camel components for Eclipse Kura

Rhiot project brings some extra Camel components for the Eclipse Kura intended to make device-side IoT development easier. If given component can be deployed into the Eclipse Kura (or can be deployed only into the Eclipse Kura), it will be explicitly stated at the top of the documentation of a given component.
